A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as set forth below, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

The return will be made with a shipping service provider of your choice. Please ensure that the package is sufficiently stamped, as unstamped shipments cannot be accepted.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to register the return within the period and send the package promptly.

Additional note on canceling orders

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, the order is already in processing, so cancellation is no longer possible.

Of course, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this. If you wish to return your order after receiving the goods, you can declare your withdrawal within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the standard delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Important Exceptions & Fees:

• Additional Shipping Costs: International shipping costs or other higher shipping fees exceeding standard delivery costs will not be refunded. This applies in particular to deliveries outside the European Union.

Return of Goods

You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. Returns must be sent to the address provided in our returns portal and are to be addressed to Leituo Technology Second Park (Gate 2), No. 12 Zhuaiyuan East Road, Jiahe Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. The return is at your own expense. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

Liability for Refusal of Acceptance or Unclaimed Packages

If the customer refuses to accept the delivery or does not collect the package from the shipping service provider within the storage period, the shipment will automatically be returned to us. In this case, the customer bears the risk for the return transport.

If the package is lost or damaged during the return, there is no claim for a refund or a new shipment. A refund will only be made if the package arrives intact.
